In 2022, I joined Pond Lehocky immediately taking ownership of a critical, high-level mandate: the complete rebranding and creative overhaul of the firm. My responsibility was to not only redefine the firm's visual identity and creative strategy but also to serve as the engine for its aggressive national expansion.
Driving National Growth and Digital Integration
I successfully developed and implemented the new brand aesthetic across all channels, transforming local campaigns in Pennsylvania and Philadelphia into a national creative footprint. This expansion included strategic market penetration in states like Alabama, California, New Jersey, New York, and Pittsburgh, ensuring a cohesive and powerful brand message across diverse regions.
My comprehensive strategic initiatives included:
OOH Modernization: Leading the total revamp of all Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising, creating the dynamic, season-responsive campaigns referenced in our major sports partnerships.
Integrated Campaign Management: Functioning as the central creative hub, I spearheaded cross-functional collaboration with Social Media Managers, Media Buyers, SEO/PPC specialists, Data Analysts, and Video Teams. This ensured every campaign was creatively compelling, data-driven, and seamlessly integrated across digital and traditional media.
Venture Incubation: Crucially, my creative vision extended beyond the firm itself, playing a direct role in the successful launch of new AI-driven legal ventures, including the now-established Case Xchange and Case Dredger brands.
